Crime Prevention Thursday
On August 21, at 11:00am, Abby Elliott, Renton Police Department’s Crime Analyst will be presenting on “Insight to Impact: How Crime Analysts Empower Crime Prevention Efforts”. To register for this month’s Crime Prevention Thursday webinar, click here.
Join us for an insightful session on how your department’s crime analyst can be a powerful partner in crime prevention efforts. We’ll explore how timely, accurate analysis of crime trends at specific properties, neighborhoods, or business areas can drive smarter, more proactive policing.
Learn how a crime analyst serves as a subject matter expert (SME), identifying emerging patterns and sharing actionable intelligence to support crime prevention personnel, officers, command staff, and external partners. Whether you’re in patrol, investigations, administration, or community outreach, this presentation will highlight how crime analysis can strengthen your strategy—and your impact. If you missed our last Crime Prevention Thursday presentation by Flock’s Security team, no worries; we recorded it and it’s available for viewing via the members’ portal on our website.
